How soon Google reacts the new URL?
There’s no possibility to forecast how much time will it take between the link appearances on the page and the SE bot’s visit, in case of the mass submit in friendly resources or link exchange.
Therefore it is impossible to appreciate SE bot’s reaction speed.
It’s hard to say what is the practical part for SEO people it plays.
But the data was found:

  • pic.1: Times of SE bot’s visits to the donor pages:
    Googlebot hits
  • pic.2: Time of the first SE bot’s hit to the new resource:
    Access log

It is well seen that Googlebot came to the new site at 12:55 CST on the pic.2
Central Standard Time (CST) = GMT-6.
At the pic.1 time is by GMT +3. So the Googlebot came to new URL at 9:55 p.m. by Moscow time. And here we draw a conclusion that google needed 9:55 p.m. - 7:39 p.m. = 2 hours 16 min.

Conclusion definitely amazes by it’s greatness: Google needed 2 h. 16 min. to harvest the URL, swallow it, and digest by it’s wise brains, then understand that this URL is unknown, put this URL in the crawling schedule and then visit this URL.
Offtopic: 136 (2h 16 min = 136 minutes), probably thats the Google’s secret number.
Neither less nor more. So here is the clue! Hallelujah! Victory!
